On Wednesday, February the 15th 2017, I’ll be participating to the PhD defense of Ms Michalska, as reviewer. The thesis is entitled “Systematic Design Space Exploration of Dynamic Dataflow Programs on Multi-core Platforms”. The defense will take place at the EPFL, in Lausanne, Switzerland, The PhD jury comprises: Prof. Catherine Dehollain, Dr MER Marco Mattavelli, Prof. Jeronimo Castrillon, Prof Andreas Burg and myself.
On 23-25 January 2017, I had the chance to attend the conference on High-Performance and Embedded Architecture and Compilation (Hipeac) in Stockholm. That was really nice! Hope to be there next year in Manchester.
We’ll be presenting our work on NUMA profiling (essentially the numap library) in July at both the French Conference on Parallelism, Architecture and Systems (COMPAS, in Lorient) and the International Conference on Embedded Computer Systems: Architectures, Modeling and Simulation (SAMOS, in … Samos, Greece).
